Local delivery is available with an additional fee. Check your zip code at check out to see if your zip is within region local locations. Estimated time for local delivery same day - 24hr delivery. Weekday local delivery after 4:30pm and weekend 8am-6pm.
The exchange item will be processed as a store credit. The store credit will consist of two options 1. An exchange of the same item, different size or color and or 2. A non-expired discount that can be used when desired(sale items NOT included). Additional fees may apply.
Please fill out the return form on the policy page, just click the link and the form will open. Allow a 24-48 hr turnaround time for a response.
Items MUST be returned within 15 business days from the purchase date, in the same condition it was received in with the original tag still on. Items that have been worn, have any kind of odor, stains of any sort, holes etc, will be returned back to the customer with no store credit in the exchange. Please see the denial of return section.
Once items are returned appropriately the customer will receive an email approving the store credit and or discount. Shipping cost is not included in the store credit. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost.

Bodysuits with a snap and or non snapped closure, as well as bralettes are NOT returnable. Make sure to pick your correct size and color.
Items on sale are considered not returnable for store credit. All sale items are final.
Denial of return with no exchange
We have the right to deny a customer of return and exchange, if the same customer has a history of exchanging items over a period of time that appears to be excessive, they will no longer be able to return and exchange an item. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The customer will receive an email explaining the denial of their return.
